Official recognition for slavish deeds or worthy tasks done on behalf of the Guild, and sometimes for unrelated acts that are deemed exemplary nonetheless. (Read: payment for Sex.) Beyond gaining class it's a prestige thing, and after that it's all linked to the weight of your own favours.
E.g.:
- DiddlySquat bestows his guildfavour on you.
- You bestow your guildfavour on ArseKissingPeon.
